Templeman LLP is looking for an experienced legal assistant for a senior partner in our Belleville office. This is a exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Our ideal candidate must:
· have 3-5 years' experience as a corporate/commercial legal clerk or executive assistant. Preferably both;
· be exceptionally well-organized, possess strong time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workflows while working under pressure, so as to successfully meet deadlines;
· have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to think critically;
· have a good command of English language, including spelling and grammar, and attention to detail;
· demonstrate strong initiative, be able to work independently on assigned tasks but also to cooperate and collaborate with other members of the office and external professionals;
· have a friendly personality and strong interpersonal skills;
· be willing to ask questions and learn new skills;
· be good with technology and, specifically, be proficient with the Microsoft suite of products, including SharePoint, Word, and Outlook.
