Golden Eagle Golf Club is a 36 hole Golf Facility situated amidst the beautiful Thompson Mountains in Scenic Pitt Meadows British Columbia. Our Food and Beverage offering caters to golfers as well many Weddings and Banquets throughout the year.

Line Cooks are responsible for assisting in the operations of the kitchen and banquet facilities. They will work closely with the Executive Chef to execute and provide high quality food and guest experience to our guests (golfers, weddings, tournaments, and events)

What you will do.

-hands on cooking while simultaneously driving speed of service and quality control

-work in a team environment on all stations, 1 team 1 dream!

-assist with daily features and ideas to drive the business

-ensure all BOH areas are highly organized and meticulously clean

-responsible for opening or closing the kitchen

-own reliable transportation as we are not located on public transportation line

About you

-you have minimum 1 years experience as a cook

-have worked in banquets or catering or the thought of doing so excites you

-you work calmly under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency to hit timelines

-basic food safety understanding

-you are a great problem solver, self-motivated, and keep a high paced kitchen organized

-love working with food and cooking high quality, local ingredients
