Are you looking for a Full-Time Permanent position? Nova Staffing is currently recruiting for a Line Operator in Milton
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate machines for assembly and roll conversion
- Maintaining housekeeping for the area
- Maintaining all equipment to meet operational standards
- Complete production paperwork and follow safety rules
- Safely operate production machinery and run the line at the designated speed for the product being produced
- Manual lifting and palletization of finished goods/roll stock
- Fill roll stalls using the Jib Crane, Big Joe or Tow Motor
Skills:
- Ability to physically inspect company property and assets
- Manuel dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- ·Machine Operating Experience
- Must be able to occasionally lift heavy
- Overtime as required
Shifts:
Days – Monday – Thursday, 7:00AM to 5:00PM
Payrate: $20/hr.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Milton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
- Machine Operating: 2 years (required)
