Killam Apartment REIT (TSX:KMP.UN), is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust which owns, manages and develops multi-family residential properties in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. We currently have an opportunity available on our team for a customer focused, energetic Live-in Assistant Resident Manager or team/couple located at 1321 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB. This is a part-time role with a rent benefit as compensation.
Place Emma has a total of 118 units. There is a full-time Resident Manager on site.
Responsibilities:
- Shared on-call duties
- Daily cleaning (up to a few hours a day)
- Tenant relations, inquiries and rental calls
- Snow shoveling of step/entrances during winter months
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work well in a team environment with minimum supervision
- Previous experience with Property Management industry and/or as a building superintendent is an asset
