LOT COORDINATOR Job at PLATINUM AUTOMOTIVE GROUP
Looking for LOT COORDINATOR /DELIVERY SPECIALIST with Strong dealership experience, attention to detail and assessment of each task. Must have current knowledge of modern paint finishes. Able to ascertain and manage in-house minor to major flaws in paint defects.
Work Attributes
· Lead, motivate and organize all Lot Attendants/Automotive Detailers
· Strong time management
· Reliable and able to work under limited supervision
· Ability to be organized and flexible with the tasks
· Organizing the deliveries for detailing and movement of the inventory between the storage facilities
· Maintain and enforce Lot cleanliness standards and safety procedures
· Help the Lot/Sales team with hands on work whenever possible
· Identify and escalate priority issues to the management related to the inventory vehicles
· Perform visual inspections and creating reports - Integrated mobile software (assigned tablet)
· Motivated with strong “can do” attitude
Personal strengths
· Liaising with management on daily basis to priorities daily/weekly delivery schedules
· Ability to produce excellent results within a tight time frames
· Ensuring all cars are detailed on time for customer hand over/presentation
· Ability to team lead and relate to others and work in a team environment
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Maintain a clean workplace environment always
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles is a must!
