Machine Operator

Vertical Staffing Resources is currently looking for full-time Crane Operators/Labourers in the Etobicoke area. This would be a temporary to permanent, ongoing position for the right candidate.

Closest Intersection:

• Royalcrest Road and Leading Road (Etobicoke)

Duties for Machine Operators:

• Operating machinery
• Working within the Steel industry
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
• Must be mechanically inclined, and have previous experience working with machinery
• Must know how to accurately read a tape measure
• Will be responsible for banding bunches of steel together after production
• Other duties as assigned

Pay rate for Machine Operators:

• $23.00 per hour (potential increases after certain months of employment)
• Paid weekly

Hours of Work for Machine Operators:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am to 3:30pm

Requirements for Machine Operators:

• Must have steel toe safety boots
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years in a similar environment
• Access to own reliable vehicle (not bus accessible)
