We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Perform minor repairs on furniture, fixtures, and equipment as necessary.
• Assist with the set-up and tear-down of event spaces, including moving furniture and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and parts, and report needs to management.
• Ensure all work areas and tools are kept safe, clean, and organized.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
