Metal Connection is a leading manufacturer of sheet and plate components, servicing clients in various manufacturing sectors – mining, industrial, O & G, agriculture & transportation.
We are currently seeking a maintenance technician to join our team and support our goal of proactively maintaining our high precision equipment to provide our clients the highest level of service.
This jobs entails the maintenance of all manufacturing equipment - Plasma, laser, press brakes, fork lifts, cranes, dust collection equipment etc.
Candidate is required to tender, schedule and manage all contractors required for maintenance that cannot be done internally.
Investigate mechanical / electrical failures or unexpected maintenance problems.
Experience working in heavy manufacturing maintaining equipment will be considered an asset.
Wage dependent on experience.
