We are in search of a dynamic individual who is customer-service oriented to do light maintenance in a semi-autonomous senior’s residence. The candidate must be handy, and do a variety of tasks. Common tasks include changing light bulbs, weeding gardens, shoveling front steps and ramp, fixing problems in residents’ apartments, small repairs, taking out garbage/recycling, etc.
The ideal candidate will be cheerful, courteous, and respectful. Empathy and kindness towards our residents is a must. Regular part-time hours available Tues-Saturday (20-25 hours/week). A great opportunity for mature individuals who would rather be active than
working from a desk!
