We are seeking an experienced & hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility.

Here is what we'll need you to do:

Work with our shop foreman to oversee direct & indirect functions for the manufacturing area

Prepare operational schedules and coordinate mfg activies to ensure qulaity & quanity stanadards are met

Review & resolve operational, mfg & maintenance issues, minimizing costs and delays

Actively involved in daily operations to help meet schedules and resolve complex/systemic changes

Oversee & manage the maintenace on machinery & equipment

Develop and revise SOP's and bring a mindset for continous improvments with lean manufacutring principals

Actively involved in process flow improvments and implementaion

You will be a good fit for our team if you:

5+ years of Production Management

A university degree in business operations, industrial manufacturing or an engineering discpline

5+ years working in a kitchen cabinet manufacturing environment

Comprehesive knolwedge of scheduling, production efficency, systems, manufacturing equipment, quality & performance
