Looking to hire a Full-Time Permanent Marketing Administrator in Aurora!

Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm (flexible)
$45,000-$55,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits + 6 personal days + 3 weeks' vacation
In Office Position
18 month contract with possibility to go long-term

Requirements:
Marketing background in school or from similar experience
Minimum of 2 years in an office administration role
Strong administrative skills and highly organized individual
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Job Duties:
Prepare and create reports
Schedule appointments, book travel and manage company calendar
Draft and prepare correspondence
Order office supplies
Collect and distribute mail
Handle and secure digital files
Implement and participate in marketing activities including: editing, publishing and sharing social content
Tasks and other duties as assigned
