Senior Manager Maximo Power User Location: Toronto, ON or Etobicoke, ON Job Description: Responsibilities Participate in pre-studies & process adoption exercises relevant for Maximo. Assess data prior to new deployments & drive associated data cleansing & preparation activities. Ensure data migration criteria are understood/respected/populated during deployments. Participate in User Acceptance Testing with emphasis on key change management areas. Ensure integration with all streams for end-to-end topics. Support Business Process Owner (BPO) on training documentation, including local specificities. Deliver new Key User (KU) training; Provide refresher training as needed. Ensure understanding & adoption of standard business ERP system technology, processes and data. Support Post Go-Live maturity ramp-up, including problem resolutions and SNOW ticket management. Ensure consistent and accurate region data post-deployment, including change management for new technology; Proactively monitor data integrity; Reinforce Master Data Governance Implement control tower approach / monitoring of usage post deployment to ensure core processes are respected (based on core KPIs defined by BPO); Liaise between BPO and KU network to identify process optimization and/or tailoring opportunities that achieve efficiency with appropriate governance. Ensure top region KPIs for assigned stream are identified and monitored; Identify and lead/support KPI improvement initiatives. Ensure region requirements for reporting and other automated tools for assigned stream are identified and addressed as feasible, prioritizing automated solutions with cross-site and cross-PL applicability. Provide expert support to region for solving Maximo system/process/data problems; Consolidate, prioritize and report open points; Seek common solutions. Animate stream KU network for AME; Ensure knowledgeable and empowered KUs; Share best practices. Ensure effective stream communication through meetings, Teams, etc. Communicate and support all future GSI process and tool releases and updates; Participate in specification; Lead setup, testing, training, support, etc.; Manage changes across region. Provide single AME point of contact for Maximo BPO (e.g., KU network interface, open item escalation, consolidation / prioritization /specification of AME needs for new releases, ticket management) Successfully collaborate with BPOs, RBPE team, KUs, other streams, region PLs and IS&T partners. Support design and implementation of internal and external interfaces with Maximo within Alstom’s GSI landscape or with external MMIS of JV or 3rd party systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science or related field >4 years of experience in industrial, product introduction, supply chain, finance, sourcing, quality or trains/train systems/transit maintenance >4 years of experience with Maximo systems >4 years of experience with SAP systems >2 years of experience with ERP system implementations Strong understanding of business operations Experience leading complex process improvements. Proven leadership and influencing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication. Drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques. Ability to perform in ambiguous & challenging situations, effectively cope with change, meet challenging deadlines on simultaneous projects while effectively managing risk and uncertainty. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Fluent in English
