We are currently recruiting for Welders in multiple environments. We have positions in Custom Fabrication shops, Manufacturing, Production and so much more. We have so many positions that are looking for good quality Welders that are able to be adaptable and work in all conditions.
Overview of Opportunity
As the welder you will be reading blueprints and welding based on direction and specifications. You will also be able to ensure that the proper tolerance is being used.
Here is What You Will Be Doing
- Welding custom orders and products
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Measuring components with jigs and templates
- Helping with any other duties as requested.
Are you Qualified?
- 1 to 3 years’ experience as a welder (CWB certification to be an asset)
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Able to lift up to and including 50 lbs
- Strong attendance record
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Knowledge of welding tolerances and measurements
- Able to use hand and power tools
- Proficient in welding, reading and interpreting drawings
Working Conditions:
- Warehouse and Shop environment
- Fast paced environment
- Loud environment
- Available shifts – Day shift / Afternoon (4x10 hours shifts)
