Cross Canada Millwright Ltd. Is Looking To Hire A Local Interprovincial Millwright To Assist Our Client In Joffre Alberta
The Candidate must be within 80 Km of Joffre, AB. The candidate will work 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday and possibly weekends with overtime available at client request.
Qualifications
· Interprovincial certification as a Millwright.
· 5+ years of experience in a petrochemical setting focusing on maintenance.
· Ability to learn and understand technical procedures and information quickly.
· Excellent oral, written and active listening skills
· Ability to work in high stress situations and resolve issues.
· Highly effective organizational, time management and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to adhere to plant safety standards.
Responsibilities
· Repair and maintain equipment in a timely manner according to manufactures recommendations.
· Conduct routine inspections on equipment.
· keep work areas and equipment clean and free of safety hazards.
· Perform preventive maintenance.
· Provide detail on repairs performed.
· Other such duties as may be assigned.
Employee Rate: $44.75/$70.17 Contractor Rate: $53.75/$84.75
Candidate Must be within 80 Km of Joffre, AB.
