Securiguard is currently looking to expand the Mobile team and hiring full-time Mobile Security Guards for Vancouver location.

Location: Vancouver

Shift type: Full-Time Overnight/ 12 hours a day

What would you bring:

• Valid BC Security License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Class 5 Drivers License with a Clean Drivers Abstract
• 6 months security experience (asset)
• Professional Demeanor
• At least 1 Year Driving Experience in the Lower Mainland

What would you do:

• Report writing and acknowledging patrols by using TrackTik software
• Providing emergency response to static sites and employees
• Completing security & safety audits and reporting deficiencies to Operations Managers
• Responding to alarms and conducting foot patrols
• Staying grounded on sites when required
• Communicating directly with our Customer Communication Centre for dispatch instructions
• Conduct property inspections
• Respond to complaints, emergencies, and other types of services calls
• Participate in onsite training to ensure familiarity with the different posts, positions, and operations
• Show guards how to perform tasks or duties by familiarizing new employees with the work area and processes
• Removing Vagrants from client properties and liaising with the police when required
• Provide suggestions for development or improvement of all aspects of service delivery
• Any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
