General Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Help oversee day-to-day business operations
• Provide leadership at all levels of the organization
• Help build up the company by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new team members.
• Inventory Control
• Implement policies and performance standards
• Provide coaching and support.
• Ensure general maintenance and cleanliness of properties are maintained.
• Ability to delegate and follow-up.
• High level of organizational skills.
• High energy,positive personality.
• Requires utmost integrity, honesty, and strong leadership.
• Requires excellent customer service skills and ability to handle various customer complaints with ease.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, internet and POS.* Must effectively manage people.
• Requires good written and oral communication skills.
• Requires math skills, along with knowledge of food cost analysis, labor cost analysis relative to store operations.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance.
• Responsible to communicate the daily status of the restaurants, problems, and opportunities to the Operations Director.
• Able to work with managers to maintain safe standards.
• Must be available on weekends and have a flexible schedule.

This individual must have experience in management in the QSR industry and be customer focus driven.
