The Millcroft Spa is currently seeking Full time and Part time Nail Technicians to join our growing team!
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a tenured team, while gaining experience in a first class Spa!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
- Performing manicure and pedicure services.
- Maintaining impeccable standards of sanitation at all times.
- Providing an immaculate environment for each guest while experiencing their treatment.
- Responding to Guest concerns and inquiries as required.
- Working closely with the Spa Concierge to ensure the Guests’ needs are met.
- Working as a team to ensure a seamless, professional experience.
- Providing assistance to fellow team members when required.
- Communicating the need for supplies or assistance.
- All other duties as assigned.
Professional Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Aesthetics diploma.
- First Aid Training is an asset.
- CPR Training is an asset.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.
