The Supply Chain Capabilities team works on strategic initiatives across all banners to ensure that the supply chain of the future supports the key strategic themes of the company – growth, eCommerce, customer experience and operational efficiencies.

The TMS (Transportation Management System) Program is a multi-year, enterprise-wide implementation impacting several hundred users across the Supply Chain organization.

The OCM (Organizational Change Management) & Training Analyst will focus on the people side of change; to create and implement change management strategies and operational plans that maximize internal and external stakeholder adoption, minimize resistance and maximize user proficiency to increase benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of results and outcomes. As well, the OCM & Training Analyst will develop and oversee the delivery plan for end user training.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build effective relationships and integrate change plans into the business. Regularly and consistently facilitate and manage the adoption of change plans and techniques within the business units.

  • Work with Business partners to understand end user training needs, operational constraints, resourcing, and shift structures to develop a robust training delivery plan to ensure operational success in the adoption of the transformational changes.

  • Partner with project leadership to integrate project and change management plans and align strategies, objectives and timelines. Revise plans as needed in response to new information, dates or technical developments.

  • Develop a workplan, identifying key deliverables, effort and duration of tasks and timelines.

  • Support and lead elements of the user acceptance testing phases.

  • Propose instructional strategies and/or recommend alternatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for communication, training and resistance management.

  • Write, design and deliver creative and innovative messaging and visual communications to increase awareness and mobilize commitment.

  • Plan and organize meetings, demonstrations, presentations, and other events to engage and inform stakeholders. Facilitate sessions and collaborate with key resources to develop deliverables required.

  • Design an evaluation plan that monitors adoption and engagement rates of stakeholders throughout the change and in response to training delivery.

  • Advanced competencies in collaboration, communication, team building, and stakeholder engagement

  • Solid planning, and organization skills

What you bring

  • Post-secondary education in relevant disciplines required (i.e.: process development, adult education principals and instructional design).

  • 5+ years’ experience with process mapping (developing processes and standard operating procedures) and instruction design (designing and developing training material).

  • Comprehensive experience in facilitating workshops and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

  • Experience with project management and organizational change management on strategic initiatives, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)

  • CBAP and/or OCM certifications would be an asset
