JOB TITLE: BANKER - SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - SENIOR

WORK LOCATION: DOWNTOWN TORONTO

CONTRACT DURATION: 12 MONTHS WITH POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION/CONVERSION

WORKING HOURS : 8:30-5PM MON-FRI

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• INDEX, SCAN /ROUTE COLLECTIONS DOCUMENTS
• UNPACK COURIER
• SCAN ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS (IMPORT AND/OR EXPORT AS/WHEN REQUIRED)
• PREPARING COURIER LABELS FOR COLLECTION DOCUMENTS AND FOLLOWUPS.
• INDEX AJC DIRECT COLLECTION DOCUMENTS (AS/WHEN REQUIRED)
• DOING CORRESPONDENCE AND PREPARING COURIER LABELS FOR OTHER DIRECT COLLECTION CUSTOMERS
• SENDING EMAILS TO COLL CUSTOMERS WITH TRACKING NUMBER
• NEW CUSTOMER SET UP FOR BOTH BANKS AND CORPORATIONS.
• PREPARING GILDAN TRACKING NUMBER SPEADSHEET AND FOLLOWUPS.
• SUPPORTING GENPACT REGARDING COLLECTION DOCUMENTS WITH QUERIES REGARDING ISSUES RELATED TO DOC PROCESSING.
• REGULAR CUSTOMER SUPPORT/FOLLOW UP WITH COLLECTION EMAIL QUERIES/ISSUES (AS/WHEN NECESSARY)
• EXHIBIT EFFECTIVE FOLLOW THROUGH AND OWNERSHIP IN EVERY CUSTOMER INTERACTION.
• ACCEPT AND PROCESS CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS ACCURATELY AND TIMELY.
• PERFORM OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS AS NEEDED.
• ADHERE TO ALL BANK POLICIES, DIRECTIVES AND PROCEDURES.
• ENSURE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION IS COMPLETED FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS.
