We are seeking a self driven & motivated individual who works well in a team environment, is detail oriented with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. You will provide administrative services to our clients and support to our staff.

Responsibilities

· Helping to implement new processes

· Coordinating & communicating with clients

· Assisting in file management

· Provide general administrative support.

· Provide reception services.

· Other related office admin and accounting duties as required.

Requirements

· Experience working in a professional and high paced environment.

· Highly organized, work independent with strong computer skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Accounting knowledge would be an asset.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

We support PNP / Job sponsorship / LMIA applications as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00 per hour
