OFFICE ASSISTANT, 12-MONTH CONTRACT

Ayr Farmers Mutual is looking for an Office Assistant for a 12-month Contract. This position, will be responsible for all printing, assembling, and mailing documents, along with other general office duties. The ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail and be able to prioritize their workload based on multiple demands. The Office Assistant role is required to work in the office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our Policyholders
• Print, sort, distribute and mail processed policy materials and other correspondence
• Assist with upkeep of meeting rooms, kitchens and laundry
• Provide additional reception coverage as needed
• Work alongside our committees and assist with event planning and coordination

Skills and Experience:

• Previous office or mailroom experience would be considered an asset
• Flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• This position requires a valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation
