Office Assistant/Receptionist (contract role)

This contract is up to May 2023 and may extend longer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 weeks

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
