Nordel Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic is a multidisciplinary clinic providing services to North Delta and Surrey Community. Our team consists of experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals (Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist and Kinesiologist)

We are looking for a Full-time Office Manager who is passionate about helping people. The successful candidate should be able to provide full administrative support for the clinic and should have ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Strong computer literacy and proficiency (MS Office, EMR software experience an asset)

-Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written, phone, and in-person)

-Efficient with strong time management skills, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize independently

-Manage and participate in daily administrative operations of the clinic

-Strong customer service skills (working with difficult clients including conflict resolution)

-Booking patient appointments and preparing treatment rooms

- Supervise, lead and schedule office staff • Manage support-staff including hiring, terminations, performance evaluations, training, work allocation/scheduling and problem resolution.

-Liaise with Insurance adjusters(ICBC, WCB,PRIVATE Insurances), law firms, third party payers to provide documentation and sort out coverage issues and receivables.

-Liaise with practitioners to ensure complete client care

-Problem solving with staff regarding clinic issues

-Oversee and manage all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance and all levels of reporting

-Assist with the designing, maintaining and ongoing implementation of the clinic's policies and procedures and workplace safety policies as well as adherence to any pertinent laws, rules and regulations

-Monitor inventory of office supplies, clinic supplies and assist in the purchasing/re stocking of supplies

-Provide technical software support to the support staff (JaneApp)

-Overseeing clinic cleaning and maintenance.

- If required, be willing to work overtime, weekends and evenings

-Become familiar with electronic records keeping, basic medical terminology and clinical procedures

-Able to multi task and willing to work in a busy and sometimes stressful environment, while attending to the many competing interests of patients, staff and Professionals.

Candidates with Previous experience in Physio/Massage clinic setting will be given preference.
