Our client, a leading Homebuilder is looking to hire an On‐site Customer Service Representative to start immediately for their construction site located just north of Newmarket.

Your tasks as the On-site Customer Service Representative:

• Oversee all on‐site after sales service enquiries

• Assess homeowner correspondence and issue work orders

• Document deficiencies using in‐house software and create Service WorkOrders

• Delegate tasks to the respective service technician with work orders via data base

• Maintain logs and generate reports

• Inform trades and subcontractors of outstanding work as required

• Inspection of new homes with customers

• Communicate with site staff to ensure a quality end product is being delivered

• Other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the On-site Customer Service Representative:

• On-site 5 days a week

• Able to work 7:30 – 5:00 pm

• Minimum of 2 years experience within the construction industry

• Minimum of 2 years experience dealing with warranty and trades

• Professional, well spoken

• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
