Oncology Care Consultant (OCC) – Breast Cancer – Manitoba/Saskatchewan Job at Novartis

We are looking for a curious and energetic Oncology Care Consultant to co-create impactful solutions for all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead customer insights gathering in the Therapeutic Area to have a deep understanding of the patient journey and uncover care gaps.
  • In collaboration with the cross-functional team, lead the co-creation of solutions to address care gaps as well as plan and execute a tailored omni-channel engagement sequence.
  • Analyze territory accounts, develop and lead the execution of a strategic territory/key account action plan.
  • Have a strong Brand and Disease area knowledge to provide value to all stakeholders and competitively ensure place in therapy with product differentiation.
  • Deliver on Commercial targets by leveraging Novartis resources and Strategic Imperatives.

Minimum requirements

  • University degree in healthcare management, business or sciences.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience working with key stakeholders within institutions. Experience in Specialty and/or Oncology-Hematology is required. Knowledge of the reimbursement process in Canada (Regional/National) to support access-related discussions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills with a track record of working in a highly competitive environment.
  • Ability to adapt in complex changing environments as well as demonstrates resilience and quickly recovers from situations of pressure and ambiguity.
  • Track record in Key Account Management framework, mapping patient journeys and developing impactful solutions.
  • Strong business acumen for dealing with and addressing issues & opportunities.
  • Digital mindset for the implementation of OCE tactics

  • Manitoba and Saskatchewan
