Position: OPERATIONS ANALYST
Location: Montreal (downtown)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 h/week)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the Operations and Settlements team, you will execute various analytical, reconciliation, coordination tasks, and perform follow-ups with our clients and external brokers in conjunction with your colleagues in Operations and
Treasury and the Trading Room.

REQUIREMENTS, COMPETENCES

• Minimum of a DEC completed in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, financial management, or administration;
• Bilingual, written and spoken;
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office;
• Motivated team player possessing excellent communication skills;
• Capable of being autonomous, proactive, and organized;
• Competent in working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines;
• Aptitude to manage and solve problems related to your tasks; and
• Interest or experience in securities and financial markets would be an asset.
