Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to day operations
- Customer relations and logistics
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set and maintain policies and procedures
- Ensure employees work productivity and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Ensure staff are up to date and follow health and safety regulations
- Marketing
Requirements:
- Must have smart phone with internet access
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience/knowledge in construction industry
- Experience in a management position
- Work references required
- Must pass screening process, which includes background check
- Must have excellent customer service skills
