Job Description:
Provide daily line haul services between our facilities in Acheson and many other areas in western Canada, including the Territories.
Dedicated LCV lanes include Prince George, Grande Prairie, Yellowknife and Whitehorse
Other lanes – Castlegar, Vancouver
Job Requirements:
· Professional attitude in all interactions when on shift
· Experience operating and maintaining a commercial vehicle to DOT safety regulations
· Experience driving a combination unit
· Class 1 driver’s license with clear commercial driver’s abstract
· Basic geographical knowledge of BC and AB highway systems
· Available to work steady, full time and year round.
· Must have minimum of 2 years or verified 150,000 km experience
· Must have or be willing to obtain LCV certification
Compensation & Benefits:
· Hiring wage is by mile with extra add ons for wait time or drops
· Comprehensive benefits package available after successful completion of probationary period including extended medical, prescription, vision and dental coverage
