Paid Media Specialist | Global Travel Group | Hybrid Working | $50,000 - $65,000 + Bonus (10%)

This role would sit on the B2B side of their organisation, focusing on corporate travel, solutions, meetings and events. With 9 direct reports spanning across 5 regions, you will join a wider corporate marketing team consisting of 96 members around the world.

The Role:

Reporting to the Global Paid Media Manager, you will be working closely with other members of the marketing team to drive new customer acquisition and raise brand awareness across the organisations paid channel ecosystem. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the execution and optimisation of the paid media function within the B2B side of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Execution - Execute paid media campaigns across but not limited to paid social, paid search and programmatic; Media planning and performance forecasting delivered on regular basis; Optimising campaigns through bid/keyword management. A/B testing and channel selection, with a focus on increasing leads; Manage global and regional paid media budgets, limiting overspend or underspend for the campaigns.
  • Platform Management - Manage global and regional advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads (Search, Youtube, GDN), LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Bing and other channels as required.
  • Reporting + Insights - Ensure full tracking implementation across paid media assets that feeds into corporate reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, PowerBI + Datorama; Provide monthly and campaign paid media analysis with a focus on objectives and KPI'S; Work with the wider digital marketing team to deliver actionable insights for paid media lead generation.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate Degree in relevant area, eg Marketing.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant Platform Certifications - Google Ads, LinkedIn Certification etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics or other relevant reporting tools.
  • Further marketing expertise, including knowledge of CRM systems, e-mail campaigns & online marekting tools relating to SEO is an advantage.
  • Agency background is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Experience delivering within a B2B environment is also a plus, but not a requirement.
