Parking Customer Service Representative Job at REEF Parking

REEF Parking Hamilton, ON

We are currently seeking 2 full time and 2 part time customer service representatives to work at our EFFORT SQUARE downtown Hamilton location.

Hours of operations are Monday - Sunday 8am-8pm; shifts may vary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional, caring, respectful customer service experiences for all customers.
  • Assist and collect payment from all customers with a basic knowledge of POS equipment.
  • Assist customers who have validation discount vouchers or monthly passes.
  • Provide customers with monthly parking information and instruction pamphlet.
  • Lean on Site Supervisor to provide guidance on how to best manage a difficult customer situation.
  • Respond to telephone and intercom inquiries as needed.
  • Daily site inspections, equipment checks and review supply levels.
  • Make parking operation suggestions or recommendations to Site Supervisor.
  • Reporting equipment issues or service and repairs needed.
  • Monitoring entrance and exit arm gates.
  • Activate/Deactivate monthly access cards.
  • Cooperate with building and parkade security to improve the safety of the parkade.
  • Complete daily revenue and shift reports.
  • Deposit all money and tickets as needed at the closes drop safe (as mandated by Site supervisor).
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as a team with your supervisor and co-workers.
  • Parking stall count, ensuring parking vacancy available.
  • Other duties as assigned by Site supervisor.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Include walking, sitting, and standing for an extended period of time including up to the entire duration of the shift.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work is performed indoors or outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
