Our FFUN Motorsports of Saskatoon is looking for an Experienced Parts Advisor (2-3 years of experience) AND a Junior Parts Advisor (under 1 year). Both are full time positions, 40 hours per week.

Work Schedule:

Parts Advisor - Monday to Friday with periodic Saturdays

Junior Parts Advisor - Tuesday to Saturday

What you’ll be doing

• Assist technicians and service advisors in selecting and obtaining required parts
• Assist suppliers, customers, service technicians, and other dealership personnel
• Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of desired parts and accessories between the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments to meet customer expectations
• Manage inventory as per the weekly schedule and keep other staff informed of price and availability of parts
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order

What you need

• Parts Technician Certificate and Parts Counter experience (considered an asset)
• Computer literacy along with phone etiquette
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
• Must have a valid Driver’s License upon employment
