Overview
The Passenger Service Agent located in Yellowknife is responsible for providing superior customer service and representing Air Tindi in professional and courteous manner. They are responsible for answering any general inquires, checking in passengers, and adhering to policy and procedures.
Responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Checking passengers in.
- Processing payments for flights.
- Answering phone inquiries.
- Maintain facility orderliness.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Grade 9 or equivalent, ability to speak an aboriginal language will be considered an asset.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service field.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Possess a high degree of professionalism;
- Demonstrated solid written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive vendor relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.63 per hour
