Our multi-disciplinary team works together to provide you with the most complete and individualized treatment plan possible in order to help you achieve your wellness goals. At Choice Health Centre our team is made up of physiotherapists, doctors of chiropractic, registered massage therapists, osteopath, and Acupuncturist.
Choice Health Centre is seeking a part-time patient care specialist/receptionist for
2 days a week, within Monday-Friday (including Tuesday 11-7pm) for our busy and growing multi-disciplinary health and wellness clinic in Halifax, NS. Plus other coverage opportunities, if available, at all 4 locations (Fall River, Bedford, Dartmouth, and Halifax). Please send your availability with your application.
The right candidate would excel with multiple tasks, work well in a team environment and be open to growth, change and learning new things. Reception is the first point of contact for our new and existing clients and we take great pride in our quality service. We work in a team environment where we rely one another to support our clients’ wellness.
Main Duties: Exceptional Client Service, Front Desk Reception, Payment Processing, Treatment Preparation, Centre Cleanliness
Requirements: Excellent organizational, prioritization and electronic file management skills. Extreme accuracy & attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
