All Season Fencing, Ltd. is an established fencing and decking product manufacturer based in Ontario. For the past 20 years we have led the Ontario market in Canadian-made PVC products.
We are looking for an experienced candidate for the role of plant manager. The plant manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our warehousing and logistics, while managing a team of 30 – 40 personnel. The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience as plant manager, or similar leadership or supervisory role, in a Canadian manufacturing operation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of skilled and unskilled labourers.
- Maintaining necessary company operations documentation.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing 30 – 40 warehouse personnel.
- Maintaining product inventory levels according to company standards.
- Supervising All Season Fencing’s panel assembly department specifically, and making sure that daily production quotas are met.
- Working with quality control personnel to ensure products are made to the company’s specifications.
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are in place and enforced.
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse.
- Working with the logistics department to ensure the daily shipping schedule is met.
- Shift scheduling and personnel conflict resolution.

Salary: From $75,000.00 per year
