  • ABSA Resin Technologies Inc is a Plastic Compounding ISO 9001-2015 manufacturer of Custom Plastic Resins for the Injection Moulding Industry for over 16 years, located in Cambridge Ontario

We are currently recruiting to grow our experienced manufacturing personnel. The ideal candiate(s) should have 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferably in the Plastic Industry. Lift truck experience an asset, physical requirements include lifting 50lbs, pushing and pulling on a frequent basis. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, a positive work ethic and good attendance is equally important.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED

Job Task:

  • Retrieving material from warehouse,
  • feeding materials to production equipment,
  • changeover and set-up of material handling systems,
  • breakdown and disposal of packaging,
  • maintaining a clean, organized work area,
  • feeding of molded plastic parts into grinder,
  • other misc task (assisting operators, blending etc)

Shifts

  • Dayshift - Monday-Thursday (5:30am-3:30pm)
  • Afternoons - Monday-Wednesday (3:30pm-2:30am), Thursday (3:30-10:30pm)
  • Occassionally Overtime available on Fridays

We currently have openings for Days and Afternoon shifts for Material Handler/Grinder

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $20.50 per hour
