The employer is a supplier of home heating, cooling, hot water, water purification and plumbing products and services. Your role will be to provide residential diagnostic, repair and installation services in plumbing, HVAC or electrical.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professionally provide services in your area of specialization – plumbing, HVAC or electrical in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes and company standards.
Providing superior customer service.
Educating customers, providing options and making recommendations
Explain, educate and promote the value of Company products, services and programs on every call.
Contribute to business growth by lead generation.
Please note that this position requires a Criminal Background Check and Driver’s Abstract be completed for potential candidates. This check must be satisfactory for an employment offer to be extended unconditionally.
REQUIREMENTS:
Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Must have appropriate trade licenses.
Must have a Full G Class Driver’s License.
Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position, (i.e. frequent lifting of weight of 25 kg, occasionally up to 50kg).
Must be able to demonstrate ability to understand/learn new technologies (i.e. Electronics/electricity).
Requires working rotating shifts and standby duties as required, including weekends.
Paid training will be provided
COMPENSATION:
Excellent compensation! Standard work week is 37.5 hours. Overtime may be available.
Hourly rates vary by role and position.
