We are looking for talented Customer Relations Specialists with experience in high-touch customer service in order to provide courteous, professional and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:
What you will bring:
  • Experience in customer care with some negotiation/conflict resolution skills
  • Previous contact centre experience is an assest
  • Confident skills in office while toggling between multiple windows
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent communication/comprehension skills
  • Ability to type 30wpm and successfully pass our language/grammar testing
  • Excellent home internet hardwired – wifi connections are not permitted

Responsibilities:
What you will do:
  • Assist customers in solving pre/post purchase related problems
  • Support customers with products and app services
  • You will accomplish this through voice/chat/email channels
  • You will assist customers with escalated issues using your negotiation and conflict resolution skills and focus on first contact resolution
