Di Beppe, a neighbourhood Italian restaurant and café in Gastown, is looking for a full-time Prep Cook to join the team.
**Must be available to work weekends and mornings**
You have:
- 1+ year experience working in a similar position
- Knife skills proficiency (cutting, dicing, julienning)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking and maintaining high food standards
- A positive attitude to bring to our close-knit team
- An understanding of First In – First Out procedure and pride in maintaining an organized work area
