PRODUCE MANAGER

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Merchandise produce, bulk foods and confectionery
• Ensure quality standards are meet
• Supervise produce/confectionery staff and train/coach them to ensure that standards are met
• Monitor inventory and order as required
• Analyze sales and look for trends for forecasting purposes
• Follow and enforce standards regarding Safe Food Handling
• Staff scheduling, training and ongoing coaching
• Responsible for the proper stocking and rotation of merchandise to ensure fresh, high quality offerings
• Answer Customer questions and ensure Customers leave satisfied

Qualifications:

· Excellent Customer Service

· High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Available to work varying shifts

· Team player

Wage: Starting at $25/hour, based on experience

Terms of Employment: Full-Time

Benefits: After completing the 3 month probationary period, employees are eligible to sign up for our Medical & Dental Benefits and Long Term Disability. Additionally, non-probationary employees will be eligible to participate in our RRSP program.
