Quality Assurance Engineer - Intermediate - PSP

Job Summary:

Our client in Windsor, ON is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer - Intermediate - PSP. This is a contract position.

What You Will Do:

• Good understanding for the overall vehicle development activities & the associated quality gates for each development milestone.
• Must be familiar with Shainan & other problem solving tools, should be able to guide & lead the team members with reactive Shainin tools.
• This position scope includes interacting with the project Chief engineers & synthesis managers to manage the quality targets established for each carlines.
• Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Basics:

• Position is 80% remote, with some travel.
• Must have a clean driving record as driving a Stellantis vehicle is part of the job duties.
• Not required to travel to the US.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer) from an ABET accredited university
• 5+ years in component/system design/development/integration.
• Must be well-organized, able to understand technically complex problems, able to focus the team on problem solving, establishing priorities, support other organization needs and requirements.
• Must have strong leadership behaviors, high accountability attitude, strong communication skills, ability to lead by example and coach/mentor team members to improve the team performances and results.
