Novid Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Stainless Steel agricultural products.
We are currently accepting applications for the position of:
Production Supervisor - Night Shift ($25.00 - $35.00/Hour + $3.00 night shift premium.)
Starting wage dependent on qualifications
Four 10 hour shifts, Monday - Thursday. 4:00pm - 2:00am
All necessary training will be provided.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Over seeing production team members
- Provide input, feedback and assistance to the Production Manager
- Review and Monitor procedures to ensure safety and to eliminate waste
- Assist team members when required
- Work with the team to meet weekly goals set out by management
- Provide leadership and guidance on the shop floor
Employment requirements:
- Minimum preferred educational requirement: High school diploma
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Demonstrates a positive attitude
- Team player
- Able to lift 50lbs
