Shift: 10:00am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review daily production schedule and determines stacking pattern and packing procedures (corners, cases and type of pallets).
• Operate palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack boxes of finished product onto pallets.
• Prioritize stacking needs; determine sorting and transfer procedures, arrangement of packages on pallet, and destination of loaded pallet.
• Check the appropriate date and product code for labels, ensure the legibility of print out for traceability.
• Supply frozen packing materials such as cases, trays, liners based on production schedule.
• Inform Supervisor of equipment malfunction or any situation that may affect quality or scheduling.
• Work closely with the packing personnel; shipping personnel.
• Follow all workplace safety and GMP policies

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a production facility; in a diverse and fast paced environment
• Experience in a packing role would be desired
• Organized, capable of multitasking and prioritizing
• Able to lift up to 50lbs, move pallets up to 65lbs
• Able to read and understand basic English
