Paneless is in its 28th year of business and always looking for motivated and driven professional field techs. We specialize in exterior window cleaning, pressure cleaning and eavestrough cleaning; with each day and site being unique and challenging.
Field techs will use water fed poles, aerial man-lifts, ladders and potentially rope access. All training is provided and paid for by Paneless.

Requirements:
- Punctual, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to execute tasks within tight timelines
- Works well in a team and enjoys fast paced work
- Able to lift, move, set-up and use ladders
- Ability to work at different heights and in stressful situations
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- A positive attitude is essential and a safety-conscious mindset is critical
Employment Type:
- Full time seasonal employment, April 15th – August 30th or April 15th- Nov 15th
Work Hours:
- Varies depending on the seasonal activities and weather. 7:30-17:00 Monday to Saturday typical. Weekend not always required.
Salary:
- $23.00-$35.00 per hour
