WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Project Manager, Online to join our growing Online team!

This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Act as a first point of contact for all Marketing & Operational related projects and be a voice for the team overseeing a portfolio of projects and business outcome, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, within defined scope, and with agreed-upon specifications to enable the achievement of defined benefits
  • Formulate project portfolio tracking documentations and lead project status review with Senior Executives and stakeholders to report on project milestones, delivery timeline, raise red flags and communicate the business success/outcome of the overall strategic initiatives in a clear fashion
  • Ability to translate project objectives into project plans with defined R&R (RACI), project charter, process and timeline across functional teams, prioritize and execute project roadmaps, drive coordination and commitments from project stakeholders
  • Apply a helicopter view with an eye on cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, requirements, and solutions and keep both internal & external stakeholders accountable to deliver against project objectives; Look for ways to improve process and the execution of business goals
  • Capable of identifying and reacting to events threatening the project (risk management) and understand the appropriate escalation procedures
  • Implement the appropriate project management methodology depending on the nature of the project
  • Maintain a thorough understanding and documentation of DECIEM’s business practices, process and operations
  • Perform project-related analysis and other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • 5+ years managing cross-functional digital/ecommerce related projects
  • Solid organization and time management skills, detail-oriented and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Possess a can-do attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile to champion Online business goals and understands the importance of project execution
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships and have an influence on stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a sound commercial understanding of digital & eCommerce channels and how this integrates into both the marketing mix and site operations
  • Excellent verbal, written and PowerPoint presentation skills with demonstrated confidence in communicating with people at all levels
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and project mitigation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent follow-through and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, project management software and approaches
