As our Property Manager, you'll help improve the level of service to our tenants while ensuring we are as prompt and as efficient as possible in our operations

Smooth communication with vendors, other team members & contract workers is crucial to ensure a frictionless operation

You'll coordinate multiple different parties and ensuring the team's compliance and reporting to the CEO on a regular basis

Promptly responsing to our tenants for any issues / maintinence requests that arise in a professional manner and appropriately prioritzing tasks to be executed while keeping everything neatly documented .

Ensuring our properties are in great condition, collect rents and follow up consistently on arrears and any other outstanding items

Leasing Units is an important and integral part of our mission to have a group of tenants who are proud to call our properties home , so you will be posting ads to attract great tenants and showing them around their prospective “ home” .

We're looking for a highly motivated , self starting individual who is not afraid to show initiative .An Individual to communicate with our tenants and prospective ones with a problem solving attitude .

Please note ; We own and manage our own properties , Most of our buildings are in Windsor however we also have some buildings in Chatham , Sarnia and London .
