Production Coordinator
Window/Door Manufacturing Company providing products to customers for the last 21 years in business. We are currently seeking a professional detailed individual with a Positive Attitude to join our Team. Full time Employment Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide Purchasing staff using Window/Door Estimating software system (will train).
- To provide customer Contracts for sales staff.
- To prepare all files and production documents/labels used in manufacturing products.
- To review all files and produce Purchase-Orders for material needed for production.
- Updating of new pricing in computer system
- Print job costing reports.
- Must have time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Must have knowledge with the ability to read and understand Architectural construction drawings/blueprints.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- QuickBooks Enterprise would be a asset
- Must have 2-4 years of working in office atmosphere with fellow co-workers.
Experience:
- Data Entry Clerks: 1 year (preferred)
- Manufacturing Distribution: 2 years (preferred)
Must Already live in Ontario Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
