Job Description
Looking for someone hungry for sales, super-committed, self-motivated, professional, honest & a team player. Work independently with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be part of a very successful team in GTA, provided all the tools, training & leads to close.
We want committment for long-term individual to grow and work with highly experience team of Pre-construction Specialists, who has sold 750Million CAD dollar, 2000+ Sales volume in last 5 yrs across GTA and South Western Ontario. We are activley looking someone who wants exponential growth in Real Estate and Sales Domain.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assist buyers to buy real estate.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order to propose projects.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Complete full prospecting cycle by converting the leads to appointments, to sales, to close the deal.
- Perform constant calling for potential clients and rigorously follow up.
- Extremely responsive with corresponding with other Realtors, Brokerages, Lawyers, Builders and Accountants.
- Other duties as assigned such as but not limited to clerical work.
Requirements
- Active real estate license required.
- Must have a car with Valid Ontario License.
- Must be available 24/7 including Saturday's and Sunday's
- Location: Brampton, Vaughan, North York, Mississauga, Etobicoke, & Caledon.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
