FRENDEL KITCHENS is a major cabinet manufacturing company located in the Dixie Rd/401 area of Mississauga, ON. We have 4 associated companies occupying 6 buildings in close proximity.

We are actively looking to fill 3 internal positions that require many of the same applicant qualities. Please note that these are in-office positions with no option to work remotely.

1. Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

  • Answer a busy switchboard and direct callers in a timely, professional and polite manner.
  • Take and relay messages accurately and completely.
  • Greet visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and orders.
  • Assist department managers as required with reports/documents/etc.
  • Filing, scanning, faxing, laminating for various departments.

2. Customer Service/Administrative Assistant

  • Telephone reception and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Enter orders into the computer system. Prepare production paperwork.
  • Liaison with sales staff to ensure smooth processing of orders from start to finish.
  • Cost, deduct inventory and invoice completed orders.
  • Assist with accounting and credit related duties as required including calling customers for payment and following up with missed payments.
  • Prepare deposits; post payments to customer account.
  • Maintain office supplies

3. Inside Customer Service Rep

  • Answer customer service telephone inquiries from homeowner and site reps.
  • Book appointments with customers to arrange completion of service issues.
  • Schedule service technicians ensuring the correct time allotments for repairs.
  • Order parts and confirm that they are ready for the scheduled service date.
  • Follow-up on any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records electronically and paper trail.

The successful candidates will be well organized; pay attention to detail; possess excellent oral and written English communication skills; and have very good time management skills with the ability to multi-task. Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
