We are a small-size CPA firm quickly expanding and looking to add a Receptionist Administrative Assistant to their team focusing on excellent client service.

The person in this position requires to have a strong experience in a public accounting setting, as well experienced in assisting firm staff and clients. This position is responsible for the reception area and ensure clients are received with a professional and positive greeting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone to direct calls to the right person and take client messages
  • Greet clients and assist them with a pleasant manner when coming in
  • Assist office manager with client calls for payment as needed and process receipts
  • Keep boardroom and reception tidy and presentable
  • Assist to organize documents needed to be at meetings with clients or/and presentations by the firm
  • Manage internal calendar and keep call logs for incoming messages
  • Assist accounting staff with organizing and scanning client documents
  • Assist accounting staff with data entry in spreadsheets.

Qualifications

  • Have least 2 years’ experience in a professional office setting.
  • Previous experience in an accounting firm is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $35,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Mississauga, ON L4Y 4C5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
