Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. and the LacelleGroup Realty Inc., Brokerage work hand in hand to service investors with their complete real estate investing needs. The LacelleGroup Realty offers buy, sell, and leasing services while Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. offers turnkey property management services locally.

Greater Sudbury Property Management Inc. and the LacelleGroup Realty Inc. are looking to hire a full-time receptionist.

The Position:

The Receptionist position is responsible for:

  • assisting walk-ins
  • tenant communication
  • helping tenants with their day-to-day requests
  • inputting the maintenance requests for their apartments
  • scheduling leasing showings
  • confirming appointments
  • responding to leads and proactively contribution to leasing sales
  • administrative tasks and much more

This position requires great people skills and the ability to work well under pressure. It also requires being on call and on the emergency line (evenings and weekends)

Required Skills:

- Must have great people skills

- Be reliable, self-motivated, and proactive

- Demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond to a deadline

- Be dependable and flexible

- Communicate well with others by email, phone, and in-person

Other:

- Probation period of 3 months

- Two week’s vacation

- Paid sick days

- Medical Benefit Reimbursement to a maximum amount per year

Compensation is equal to the hourly wage + $30 bonus for being on call

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$17.50 per hour
